His term will expire in 2010. John is an Intake Officer at the Department of Juvenile Services in Baltimore City and has been an MCEA member for 10 years. Congratulations John!

Congratulations to 30 year MCEA member David Stark, who just retired after 30 years service as housekeeper from Frostburg State University.
---------------------------------------------------------------------Ms. Bonnie Parks and Ms. Linda Skinner, both MCEA members for over 30 years, recently retired from the Dietary Department at the Eastern Shore Hospital Center in Cambridge. Ms. Donna Robinson, President of Chapter 18, also recognized and awarded them Certificates of Appreciation for their loyal support as MCEA members of Chapter 18 (Eastern Shore Hospital Center). Congratulations ladies!

Certificates of Appreciation were awarded to two outstanding, long-time, Area V MCEA members, Edward Boyce (Chapter 122) and Percy "Leroy" White (Chapter 167). Mr. Boyce will retire on July 1, 2009 and has been an active Chapter President of Wicomico County Assessment and Taxation for 32 years. Mr. White has been an active Chapter President of Eastern Correctional Chapter non-officers for 19 years and has retired on June 1, 2009. Congratulations to both of you and enjoy your well-deserved retirement!
