Robert Stephens
After serving almost four years in an acting capacity, Robert Stephens was hired on Sept. 20, 2007 as Executive Director of MCEA. He is a Past President of MCEA who served in many capacities. Mr. Stephens worked for the State of Maryland for 34 years, most recently as a Program Administrator for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, before retiring in 1995. Bob Stephens is a part-time associate professor at the Baltimore City Community College.
