From Baltimore metro area
From Interstate 695, take Exit 17 (Security Boulevard). Bear toward Rolling Road. Make a right at traffic light, Belmont Avenue (across from mall, at Exxon). Go approximately 1/2 mile, pass the traffic light. Turn right on Rutherford Road (at Associated Printers), then right into second driveway.

From Annapolis Area
Take Interstate 97 North to Baltimore to I-695 North (Towson) to Exit 17, Security Boulevard. Refer to directions from Baltimore metro area.

From Southern Maryland Area
Take Route 301 North. (Route 301 will merge into Route 3, then I-97. Take I-97 North (Baltimore) to I-695 North (Towson), Exit 17 (Security Boulevard). Refer to directions from Baltimore metro area.

From Eastern Shore
Follow Route 50 West to I-97 North toward Baltimore. Take I-695 North to Exit 17 (Security Boulevard). Refer to directions from Baltimore metro area.

From Western Maryland
Follow Route 70 East into Baltimore County. When you approach the I-695 junction just over the Howard/Baltimore County line, stay to the left toward the Security Boulevard/Park and Ride exit. Continue to Exit 94, Security Boulevard North. Go approximately 2-1/2 miles, 7 lights. Make a right on Belmont Avenue (across from the mall, at Exxon). Go approximately 1/2 mile, pass the traffic light. Turn right on Rutherford Road (at Associated Printers), then right into second driveway.

From Baltimore metro area
Take I-95 or I-695 to 97 South. Take Route 50 East to Exit 24, Rowe Boulevard. Make a right at the end of Rowe and follow Clay Street to a right on West Street. Parking is available at public garages on Duke of Gloucester Street and Northwest Street, and at the Naval Academy Stadium.

From Washington metro, Southern Maryland
Take Route 301 North (or I495 toward Baltimore) to 50 East to Exit 24 (Rowe Boulevard). Refer to directions from Baltimore metro area.

From Western Maryland
Take I-68 East to I-70 East to I-695 South (Glen Burnie) to I-97 South (Annapolis). Refer to directions from Baltimore metro area. Alternate route: Take Interstate 68 East to I-70 East to Route 29 (Washington) to Route 100 East (Glen Burnie) to I-97 (Annapolis) to Route 50 East. Refer to directions from Baltimore metro area.

From Eastern Shore
Take Route 50 West, cross Chesapeake Bay Bridge, continue approximately 10 miles to Exit 24 (Rowe Boulevard). Refer to directions from Baltimore metro area.

Take I-95 to I-695 to Exit 16, I-70 West (Ellicott City). Continue approximately 125 miles to I-68 West toward Cumberland. Continue approximately 30 miles until you get into town of Cumberland. Take Exit 43A, Bell Street. Bear right onto Lee Street. Go 2 blocks to 23 Washington Street.

From Eastern Shore
Take Route 50 West to I-97 North to Route 32 North to 70 West (Alternate route: 50 West to I-97 Baltimore to 100 Ellicott City to 70 West.) From 70 West, refer to directions from Baltimore metropolitan area.

From Hagerstown/Frederick

Take I-95 and/or I-695 to I-97 (Annapolis) to Route 50 East. Go through Easton and Cambridge. When you approach the town of Salisbury, go through approximately 10 traffic lights. When you get to the 11th light, turn right onto Civic Avenue. Go one block, make a left at Mt. Hermon Road. Look for the white stone building with an MCEA sign.

From Central/Southern Maryland
