Business. Plan to attend MCEA's 70th anniversary Convention Oct. 23-24-25 at the Ocean City Convention Center. That's where the action will take place - right smack in between the Primary and General Elections. Delegates will have plenty to talk about and act on.

In addition to talking politics, delegates will elect four non-officer members to the Board of Directors, adopt a 2007 legislative agenda, and consider changes to the Bylaws. Delegates also will decide whether to raise dues to $9.75 bi-weekly for active-employee members and to $3.00 per month for retirees.
