MCEA introduces "Grow Up" and "Young Adult" Plans

If you are a parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, or legal guardian of a child 14 days through age 12 or young adult from age 12 through age 17, you should look into MCEA's newest member benefit - affordable life insurance policies for those children and young adults.

Through the MCEA Insurance and Benefits Trust, MCEA offers it members the opportunity to provide significant life insurance protection for a child for as little as $1.47 per pay. For the "Grow Up" Plan (children age 14 days through age 12), the face amount doubles at age 21, at no extra cost. The low childhood premiums never increase, while the policy builds cash value over the years. Moreover, you have the right to return the policy to the insurance company after 20 years and get back all the premiums you paid! In addition there is a guaranteed right to purchase additional insurance ages 21 and 28 using standard rates, regardless of condition of health.

The "Young Adult" Plan (teenagers ages 13 through 17) provides life insurance for as little as $1.89 per pay. It builds cash value over the years, providing money that is available to you or your child. As with the Grow Up Plan, more life insurance is guaranteed available at age 21 and 28 using standard rates, regardless of condition of health.

Best of all, coverage is provided by Gerber Life Insurance Co., an affiliate of Gerber Products Company since 1967.
